One ShopStart. One core plan. No feature maze.
Run quoting, CRM, production, invoicing, payments, installs and owner reporting for $149 per month. ShopStart includes the staff seats and normal attachment storage a working shop needs, with paid expansion when a shop genuinely uses more storage.
The complete ShopStart operating system is included.
No artificial feature tiers. The monthly plan is the standard recurring subscription. The prepaid offer is a separate 14-month term.
Enough to run the shop without pretending ShopStart is Dropbox.
Attachment storage is shared across the shop account. It is for the business files that benefit from being attached to the job and available anywhere.
Need more attachment storage? Add it instead of changing plans.
The 250 MB individual-file limit remains in place on storage add-ons. Extra capacity is for shops accumulating larger libraries of proofs, photos, customer uploads, documents and job attachments.
| Storage | Monthly add-on | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Included 10 GB | Included | Normal ShopStart attachments |
| +100 GB | $8 / month | Growing proof and photo libraries |
| +250 GB | $15 / month | Attachment-heavy shops |
| +500 GB | $25 / month | High-volume job history |
| +1 TB | $40 / month | Very large attachment archives |
Storage add-ons expand the shared ShopStart attachment allowance; they do not increase the maximum individual upload size or convert ShopStart into bulk production-file storage. Until self-service storage upgrades are available inside billing, contact ShopStart Support to add capacity.
Clear before you buy.
Does the $149 plan include the whole operating system?
Yes. The standard plan includes ShopStart's core pricing, quoting, CRM, production, invoicing, payment, installation and reporting workflows.
How many employees can use ShopStart?
The standard offer includes 10 total shop users: one Owner account and up to nine staff accounts. Customer portal users are unlimited and do not count against those seats.
Why is production artwork limited to 250 MB per file?
ShopStart is designed to manage jobs and business attachments, not to replace a shop's high-speed local production storage. A local NAS or file server is a better tool for transferring multi-gigabyte artwork between design, RIP and production workstations.
What happens when the shop reaches its storage allowance?
The shop can remove unneeded attachments or add more shared storage. The application may stop accepting new uploads once the active storage allowance is reached.
